Who we are
IGNIPOST Chat is a product of Sinergia Ventures LTD, a company based in London. It is built and run by the team at IGNITECH in Casablanca, Morocco. We run online shops ourselves, and in Morocco, as in much of Africa and the Middle East, the sale happens in a chat. A customer sees a product, sends a WhatsApp message, asks the price in Darija or French, and pays cash on delivery. If nobody answers within the hour, the order goes to someone else.
We built IGNIPOST Chat for our own shops first. Now we offer it to other shops and small teams that sell in chat, in Morocco and beyond, often in several languages at once.
What IGNIPOST Chat does
You connect a normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number by scanning a QR code, the same way you open WhatsApp Web. From there you can:
- send a single message with Quick Send, or a campaign to a contact group with a random delay between recipients, now or on a schedule;
- save templates with text, emoji, images, documents and video captions, and let the AI assistant suggest variants;
- build contact groups by pasting numbers or importing a CSV file, with opt-out keywords that record when someone says stop;
- answer routine questions with a keyword chatbot, or with AI Smart Reply, which answers only from the knowledge you approve;
- run keyword flows that check consent before they send and log each decision;
- reply from a live chat inbox, check connection health and the activity log, and share the work with your team;
- connect your own systems through the developer API and webhooks.
What IGNIPOST Chat is not
IGNIPOST Chat is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Because it works like WhatsApp Web, WhatsApp can restrict a number at its own discretion, especially one that sends unsolicited or bulk messages. We built the product to help you avoid that: consent checks, opt-out keywords and delays between messages. Our Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules.

How we work
Your contacts and your messages are yours. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising. Our servers are in the European Union, and we explain what we do with data in our Privacy Policy and on our Security page.
