Refund and Billing Policy

How IGNIPOST Chat billing works: monthly or yearly plans, taxes, cancelling any time, the 14-day money-back guarantee, number bans and failed payments.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

IGNIPOST Chat plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time. If you are not happy with a new paid plan, you can ask for your money back within 14 days of the first payment.

Plans and billing cycles

You choose a monthly or yearly plan on the pricing page. We charge you at the start of each period, in advance. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, the pricing page shows how long it lasts, what it includes and what happens when it ends.

Prices and taxes

Prices on the pricing page exclude VAT and other sales taxes where applicable. Where the law requires tax on your purchase, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

How you pay

You pay Sinergia Ventures LTD, the company that sells IGNIPOST Chat, through Stripe or PayPal, as you choose at checkout. We never store your card number.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel any time from the billing page in your account.
  • After you cancel, you are not charged again.
  • You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Cancelling does not delete your account or disconnect your numbers. To delete them, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee

When you buy a new paid plan, you can ask for a full refund of that first payment within 14 days. To ask, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us which plan you bought. You do not have to give a reason.

The guarantee covers the first payment of a new paid plan, whether you chose monthly or yearly billing. It does not cover renewals.

We refund to the payment method you used. Your bank or payment provider may take several days to show the refund. Once refunded, the plan ends.

Refunds after the first 14 days

After the first 14 days, and for renewals, we do not refund partial periods. When you cancel, you keep using the plan until the end of the period instead. This does not apply where the law requires a refund.

Restricted or banned WhatsApp numbers

WhatsApp may restrict, ban or log out any number at its own discretion, and we cannot prevent or reverse that. You choose which number to connect and what to send. For this reason, we do not give refunds, credits or plan extensions because WhatsApp restricted, banned or logged out a number you connected. You can connect another number within the limits of your plan.

This does not change the 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of a new paid plan, or your rights under the law. Our Acceptable Use Policy explains how to lower the risk of a ban.

Lifetime deals

From time to time we offer lifetime deals. What each deal includes, and any conditions that apply to it, are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, you keep your plan for a 7-day grace period. During that time you can update your payment method on the billing page. If the payment still has not gone through after 7 days, your account is downgraded and paid features stop until you pay.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your bill, please email [email protected] before you contact your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.

Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of buying it. At checkout you ask us to start the service straight away, so you can use IGNIPOST Chat from day one. Our 14-day money-back guarantee still covers the first payment of a new paid plan: cancel within 14 days and we refund that payment in full.

You also keep all the other mandatory rights your local law gives you. Nothing in this policy limits them.
